Brothers all, Over the last couple of years the NH State Officers and Directors travelled across the state spreading the word on how important Activities were to increase the number of programs and continually increase Membership growth…Well this year you’re going to see it happen if you haven’t already seen the excitement and intensity the state is having over increasing Membership Growth From our State Deputy down to the newest 1st Degree members!!! Now that you understand how important this and that Activities and Programs are to Membership we are going to help each council and Membership director in forming a Focused recruitment Blitz this year. This message is meant to inform the Grand Knight and others but its main focus is toward the Council Membership Directors and his committees.  We are going to be contacting each Membership Director and Councils to see where we can help or how you can help us and share in your success to pass on to other councils or Districts. Everyone should have started to order or preparing to order from Supreme the materials needed to run a Membership Blitz.  You can go to the State Website to access the form to order Blitz materials and additional info. I would like to introduce myself to you. I am David Ropple and a member of the Derry council #3023. This is my first opportunity to work within the State on a program and I am thrilled! Our State Membership Director, Richard Bouchard, approached me about being the State Membership Achievement Program (a.k.a. MAP) Chairman. After presenting the outline of the program to me, I couldn't wait to get started. There was just so much opportunity in this program that we needed to get the word out. We do so much work as knights and get little recognition for it, not that we serve in expectation of it. We would be happy just seeing a smile on their faces or receiving a thank you card. Well, this program is designed to recognize each brother for what he does on three different levels. Each of these levels has a preset list of goals for each brother to Achieve within a one year period. So don't just sit around waiting for your Grand Knight or State Deputy to set goals for you for this year or month. Do it yourself! That's what this Program has been designed for and each brother can start the program he desires by working on the preset list of goals...when completed the State Deputy will present the Brother with their Certificate of Achievement at the Quarterly Meeting or State Convention. Check below for additional info and outline of the Program and the goals set for the Gold, Silver and Bronze levels of Achievement. If you have any questions, feel free to call me anytime.
